Information you provide
When you contact us, we collect your name, agency name, phone number, email address, AgencyZoom usage status, and message. Please do not submit passwords, policyholder records, or sensitive customer information.
How we use your information
We use inquiry details to respond to your request, understand your agency's needs, discuss our services, and prevent misuse of the contact form. Submitting an inquiry does not purchase a subscription or authorize recurring charges.
Service providers
We use the following third-party services to operate this website:
- Formspree — processes contact form submissions and delivers them to us by email. Your inquiry data passes through Formspree's servers. See Formspree's privacy policy.
- Vercel — hosts this website. Vercel may log IP addresses, browser details, and request metadata for security and delivery. See Vercel's privacy policy.
- Google Analytics — measures site usage subject to your privacy choices (see below).
We do not sell your contact information to third parties.
Cookies and Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID: G-WJHRMM5MSP), operated by Google LLC, to help us understand how visitors use the site. Analytics starts by default unless you previously turned it off or your browser sends Global Privacy Control. Choose “Essential only” in Cookie preferences to stop further analytics collection and remove accessible Google Analytics cookies. This does not erase data already collected.
While analytics is on, Google Analytics collects:
